Tech DD Outline
Our objective was to provide Queen's Park Equity with comprehensive confidence in Helix's technology foundation - specifically, its capacity to support the growth trajectory outlined in their equity story. We provided technology due diligence covering both customer-facing platforms and back-end technology infrastructure.
We assessed whether the planned growth and development initiatives were sound and deliverable by the current team, and identified potential risks and opportunities along the path forward.
