Intium successfully advised Queen's Park Equity, a UK-based private equity firm, in providing technology due diligence for its partnership with Canford Law. Canford Law is a law firm established in 2017, specializing in insurance and commercial litigation.

Intium’s ability to distill complex technical considerations into clear, accessible and genuinely actionable insights was particularly valuable, and materially supported the transaction process.

Technology Due Diligence Outline
Our objective was to provide Queen's Park Equity with an evaluation of Canford Law's proprietary case management technology assessing its governance, security and scalability to support growth and additional feature development. We provided technology due diligence covering maintainability, modularity and scalability of the system, including software architecture and infrastructure scalability, and evaluation of governance practices
Intium's detailed technology diligence enabled Queen's Park Equity to partner with a proper understanding of both the upside potential and risks associated with backing Canford Law's next growth phase, supported by accelerated organic growth, further investment in talent, technology and systems. Selective strategic M&A will also form a key element of the investment strategy.
